Never heard of that brand, but I understand there are quite a bit of local window manufacturers.

Selina Rifkin Vinyl double pane is very good for sure, I became a Milgard fan just because I visited their factory and they demonstrated really good. i have a supplier that has been doing glazing for 15 years and used to carry a lot of brands, but he dropped all except Milgard because other manufacturers are becoming sloppy and he had too much replacement.

My friend who has two Trailer Parks and 99 separate lots with single, doublewide and manufactured homes with their own wells and septic did this for the land and not the boxes.

Are you replacing existing mobile/manufactured houses or filling empty lots? 

Some times it's easy to split off from existing manufacturing they tend to have a lot of land. 

I don't know what I don't know of course (prior claims, electrical panel manufacturer, wiring etc.). 

I met a manufacturer of these units and one loaded up with games is around $1900.

Is it next door to a gas station or manufacturing plant?

The infrastructure AND wages (little manufacturing, mostly service related jobs here) is not here for the amount of people that live here and will never be because of the populations massive resistance to any new taxes.

Think maybe the car manufacturers have actuaried up the probable costs of ownership at each of those points??
