It'd be worthwhile to look into it, especially since you can do that for free (just request a free credit report from the credit bureau listed on your adverse action letter that you should be receiving from the bank.)Best of luck whatever you decide.

If you are not going to House Hack, CO can be a little tricky to make a worthwhile return.

I'm merely hoping that my comment will help give you ideas to consider when analyzing this building and determining if it's a worthwhile acquisition.  

If you take 10x the amount of time to complete the small simple things, imagine how long it will take you to complete something worthwhile, like closing a deal.

Apologies for rambling some, but I really would like to keep rental/real estate is one of many revenue streams… but so far I am not skilled enough to make the rental/real estate work without too much of my time to be worth while.
