Worth it to get access to MLSLI
Hi everyone,
I was wondering if it is worthwhile to get access to the MLS for Long Island, NY. I have done a fair share of research and it seems that in other state you only have access to the MLS if you are an agent, under a broker, and pay all the fees necessary to get access to the MLS.
However here in NY we have access to look for properties on the mlsli.com website. So my question is for the people that pay for MLS access on Long Island.
Is there any difference in the properties that you can find on the MLSLI website if you are a member vs the properties you see if you are not a member and just a regular person browsing the site.
Thank you!!
