I have figured out how to fill in the blanks to get emails, phone numbers, etc. from the limited amount of information you can get from county assessor offices or other resources.   

Hello Javier,So far as I know, the easiest and cheapest way to create a POA is to find a blank form online, fill it out and then have a notary notarize it.

It's more important that the GC knows the work and manages it properly, so don't discount a smaller operation that uses more Subs.Definitely see their Insurance and Bond, and I like the idea of reviewing a blank contract. remember that a bid,  proposal and contract are 3 different things.

I never looked them up to see what their background is or at least ask them point blank on their experience.
