Well that will be interesting to see how they plan on doing that without cleaning out the rivers so they will flow to the ocean instead of spreading out behind the large gravel bars.I will look to see what they are planning on doing.

For now Sacramento is still a "red" area rather than "blue," so rent control isn't necessarily super likely (personal politics aside, I think we all know who does, and doesn't, vote for rent control).
