Also, keep in mind that if you have any judgements, repo's, or anything of that nature on your credit report a lot, if not all, conventional lender's will immediately disqualify you from the loan.

The attorney just shows the taxes, liens, judgement's being paid on the HUD fax it to the title company and it has to close like that.

hey Antonio,Never been to a sheriff sale in that part of jersey but I've purchased at several in northern and central jersey.I have seen first mortgages go as low as 70% the judgement.The bank has an insentive to sell with a starting bid below the judgement if there are additionally liens.
