If they can find the deals quick enough and lock them up- buyers will grab them if they are a good deal (regardless of the wholesale fee). 

If you want to grab a coffee and bounce some ideas off each other as I’m relatively new to wholesaling/flipping but have been in real estate in JC since 2005.

ABOUT ME: I am a 21 year old male, I am engaged with a 3 year old little girl and another on the way.

That doesn't mean I grab whatever MFH I can find, but that I have a limit of what I would call "failure" on my end (but as we know, there is no "failure" in getting started in real estate, just tuition to real estate school!)

They would've spent way too much money to not get that much (facilities and construction costs) and they still would've had the backlash from a minority of the locals and politicians looking to grab headlines.

I have one girl that has applied, and her application looks pretty good.

Mattamy homes are being built just north of Rita Ranch which will pull values up so it would be good to grab some properties before the median house ceiling starts to rise.
