The prices are at market value and the bank will not entertain a lowball offer.The only reason that it is listed is to attempt to get full market value. the only time you will get a large discount is when you buy homes in bulk..you are better off looking for a short sale that has been on the market for a while and that has a sale date comming up..just know it will take a while to get your offer approved but that is your best bet in getting a home with signifigant equity
