Cliff Bradshaw How can I add a (legitimate) Trade Line?
4 January 2017 | 16 replies
well, u decide.HOWEVER, the winderful people at FICO have picked up on this practice and are changing how authorized users are rated.NOW, back to your original question cliff, many lenders will accept alternative tradelines (meaning tradelines that show payment history that does not show up on your report). if u were to apply for say a mortgage and be declined for lack of tradelines, i would certainly provide this alternate tradeline to satisfy their requirements. i've seen phone bills, electric bills, satellite tv bills, etc all work.

Account Closed Raising Taxes
24 December 2009 | 1 reply
I suspect it will pass, because the TV is full of ads about making "the wealthy pay their fair share", and all but coming out and claiming that corporations only pay $10 a year in taxes (completely untrue). The net result will be, of course, that they put small businesses out of business, and the larger corporations will simply move out of state. This certainly affects the commercial real estate investor, because fewer small businesses means fewer tenants for the commercial buildings.Oregon tends to be pretty conservative, so if we are doing it, more states will be doing it.Just a heads up.

If you have an agent who is acting a Fiduciary Buyer's Broker for you, work with him to make offers on other listed properties, also, make it clear to your agent that you will pay him a commission on any unlisted property he finds for you; FSBO's, bank owned properties, leads from advertising, expired listings. It sounds like you are tripping over small change when you should be looking at the big numbers and the big dollars. You might want to have several Fiduciary Buyer's Broker (under contract) working for you.Want more leads, advertise on the radio, newspapers and TV.
