Buy a Condo in a Bomb Shelter

Hi, just heard on TV, Vivos has a new twist on the condo theme, they are building plush bomb shelters with common areas shared with other "residents", you know, like dining rooms, medical facilities, etc. They were say that these Ten Million Dollar developments could provide an economic solution to members since building their own private shelter would be so expensive for an individual. Supposedly they are nuke proof and a safe place to go for the next riot coming to a neighborhood near you! What do you think, is this something you want to flip?
