Mercedes-Benz will have the capacity to manufacture 300,000 cars per year in 2015 (up from 185,000 in 2013)!

They have given all serial numbers and manufacturing data for each one.

The Big 3 Automotive Manufactures were too much of a barrier to economic growth to allow for future apprecation like above.Now there are other things happening which are increasing economic activities that are local to Brooklyn.

I've reached out to a few manufactures but haven't had any luck getting responses just yet...typical in this market.

I was trying to work with a manufacturer or pre-fab/modular housing units that you can just drop/finish at a construction site / plot of land in only 3 days, but the big obstacle is local zoning/permitting against modular/pre-fab construction. 

People in this park range from using the land for manufactured homes and or park model rvs and fully movable units.

Martin,Another thing to think about is --- in our area, there are larger manufacturers who are always running out of space and need warehouse, staging, etc.  

Can a mobile home/manufactured home to be placed on property I already own be purchased on a 1031exchange?

Don't underestimate the soft and hard costs of new construction (whether site built with sticks, component built, or manufactured) -- it's expensive.  

Start with Land and look at all the choices including Manufactured and Houses.
