However, if the investor was not over leveraged and did not sell at depreciated prices, they have done great with a purchase made just prior to the GR.So my market did not experience the impact for buy n hold investors of markets like Detroit, Las Vegas, etc. 

To have access to all the fix n flip type portfolio loans, you will need to work with a banker or a broker.
