I have 1 property that's being rented in Las Vegas and want to do more.I'm very excited to learning more from every one of you.

I am trying to get bandit signs into the ground in Las Vegas but the ground is ridiculously hard.

I don’t have much money saved for a down payment and was approved for only $200k which doesn’t seem to go too far in the Las Vegas area unless in tougher parts of town.
