I say Chelsea because I am proud from the very small city that I am from and to have people look up where the city is.I am a Bentley alumni from the Class of 2015 and a bank examiner for the Commonwealth Of Mass.

You are right that some investors would rather use the muscle of money rather than more resourceful strategies.

And when they stop buying, will cause a correction in the market again.Also, what happens to the market if/when they decide to dump their properties in mass quantities?

Of course, sometimes it's harder to track indirect mass advertising like print ads vs PPC or direct mail.
