I just got a letter in the mail from the city saying I was in violation of lead based paint.

While there are no hard and fast definitions to either of those terms generally they refer to the following.Bird dog-usually is finding leads doing some leg work and passing the lead off to an investor for a fee say $500-$1000.

You'll need a lot of marketing to pull in a lot of leads, and you'll need to learn how to analyze properties and figure out how good of a deal it is.
