Getting rehab quotes for a wholesale deal

Good morning from Columbus, Ohio! I am just getting started in the wholesaling market in Columbus and would like to know how people in the area get quotes when wholesaling a property. I want to keep good relationships with the contractors and not lead them on by telling them I will be rehabbing it. However, if I tell them I just need a quote for analysis and wholesaling it to a rehabber, they would have no incentive to quote the project.

Any tips or suggestions?
