I'm in the process of obtain my first property (1 bed, 1 bath condo) which I plan on living in while remodeling and working my full-time job (I'm an water-damage estimator for a licensed contractor/remediation company in Southern California ).I plan on fixing up my new home and either renting or flipping it within the next year.I look forward to the fun learning experiences along my journey.

Having the neighbour remedy the situation should not be necessary nor should moving the shed unless forced to do so by the buildings department.
