Hey Nik,For the deals we currently have under contract, we are using a combination of funding techniques to make the deals happen.1) Private Money (Secured Promissory Note, 10-12%)2) Personal Money from previous BRRRR's (including the deal discussed in the post)3) Strategic Partnerships4) Equity Splits if necessary5) HELOC funds-James 

The other 5% of us use a combination of their teachings and others and formulate our own plan.

And strategic refis allow them to start to position assets toward retirement and estate planning - passive debt free cash producers, and quality of life purchases like vacation rentals, future retirement homes etc.

They should be able to help you formulate the best plan based on your circumstances and where you are heading in your business.  

You need an experienced accountant that will strategize with you. 

The growth potential is enough for me to do both but the fact that stocks are more hands-off and I can do research and invest strategically and smartly I like it a lot.
