The spouse abandoning the property 17 years ago also seems like good support this indeed is a believable concept.That said, the fact the property was not properly probated can also create some title clouds.

However and mortgages or liens (except Federal ones) are wiped out as long as the county properly notified all of them that are recorded.A tax deed is still considered to have a cloud on the title until you do a Quiet Title action or buy Title Insurance yourself.I have never had one of my Tax Deeds overturned and I did have to go to court one time.

Doing so could cause the IRA to be considered distributed and incurred lots of taxes and penalties.I want to avoid that.I am thinking about deliberately setting up an arbitrage situation where I rent the real estate for 40% of the AirDNA revenue with a 10% of sales kicker to an experienced 5-star STR host.

State Farm recommends tenants have at least $100K in liability coverage but to adjust that value up if you regularly host people at the house, or have things like pools, dogs, basketball hoops, etc.
