Your Porter/Guesty problem and new Airbnb AirCover insurance

1) messaged Guesty about the inability to view/edit upcoming automated messages. Been down for days and it’s not the first time. Not happy about it but waiting for them to resolve it, which they replied they are working on. Any one else experiencing that?
iGMS might be worth taking a second look at, now that they are integrated with Airbnb too and building out their owner website option too. Haven’t compared pricing lately but I’d think Guesty would start increasing their pricing.

2) The new AirCover is trying to beef up coverage for hosts. Seems like it now includes liability if guest gets hurt and waives the requirement to submit claims before new guests check in. I'd like to hear from a BP insurance agent who has STR's chime in on this.
