Hi guys,

I love BiggerPockets have learned so much from it over the years! I own 15 SFR in Atlanta (I'm an out of state investor) and am in town on Saturday 16th of Jan. I would love to buy a fellow bigger pockets investor dinner that night around 8 to exchange ideas / discuss our individual portfolios. I'm looking to double this year, I have access to capital challenge is investing abroad to looking to build some more solid relationships. Very interested to meet fellow investors, brokers or rehabbers.
