These are just some things.In many ways, I feel like I don’t have someone to talk to and bounce ideas off about this kind of stuff, which is why I felt inspired to join and do more research and communicating here.

Tenants do not have funds to pay rent, they need to move out no matter what.Your property is not free house or public shelter to stay.In my case, Bad tenant gave me bounced check so I hired lawyer and filed eviction; waiting for court trial date.
