Well last year San Diego was #3 large city in appreciation in the US (just behind Las Vegas which was way behind Seattle). 

I have been maneuvering around the site for about a week now and it is truly refreshing to see how many of the members on here are so willing to help one another...kudos to you all.A little about me: I'm originally from Southern CA but have lived in Las Vegas for over 20 years now.

I have used this very successfully... instead of handing out 200 to 300 bucks worth of starbucks cards or springing for catered foods.. no other realtor I have ever seen has done this.. and it works big time let me tell you.Only reason I did this is I bought a hottub oh 25 years ago and they offered a free mexico certificate which I used to go to Las Brisas.
