Hello Biggerpockets! My name is Barrett and I'm a new-ish investor based in Las Vegas, NV.

I just started posting bandit signs (I know that's a scandalous topic on here), while emailing probate lawyers for leads.

Eager to transition out of the rat race and into my own investing business!
