The payroll module may be integrated soon into the application as it appears many businesses are inquiring about it.

Our team is very integrated in Salesforce; we use many customized and intricate features of the software, however.

I lay this on top of a Google Apps account, so I have calendar, mail and docs integration.

Never even considered it, and mostly because of all the proprietary crap already mentioned.But one thing that sold me on the Galaxy was the integration with Google and the way it handles my Email, G Voice, and Drive accounts.

It also adds to the integrity of the deal and not conducting business in a manner that could appear to be doing something sneaky, that tics off a lender.

As long as you can find a non typical example of the industry (These are what I call "willing and able real estate professionals") to represent your interests then the relative merits of the listing agent's integrity are less significant but still an obvious factor.

I have come across some like Lodgify, OwnerRez, iGMS, but unsure what the main differences are. also need something that would integrate with the Nest thermostat and the door locks. while I can do those remotely, it would be nice if the thermostat can be set to certain temp and the door codes changed when the guests check out automatically via some workflow.any inputs is highly appreciated. 

But has anyone had success integrating Buildium (or some other PM software) into your accounting software (either QB or other)?
