BEST REAL ESTATE SOFTWARE
I would like to know what system you guys use for your website, contacts, leads , etc?
I have been using InvestorPro which costed me around $300 to start and I pay $60 to host and run 2 websites , seller and buyers. It also comes with Backoffice Pro which is a database management software to track leads and upload your deals. Overall is not a bad system but I feel there could be something better out there.
I have heard of Freedomsoft, Iflip, amongst others .. but not sure how they compare?
So please share what you use but only if you think is the best system or have good knowledge on other systems out there. Thanks in advance.

I personally don't believe in the push button theory of Real Estate. That is to say, I don't believe you can sit back, hands off, and have your websites do all the work for you. That's what iflip seems to imply.
Karen McCormick, how many deals has iflip closed for you? Looking at your profile, looks like you joined Bigger Pockets (welcome by the way!) the same day you wrote this post.
I always find it interesting when a brand new person just "happens upon" an old thread, revives it, and appears to go to bat for an outside agency. That behavior just screams "shill" to me, but I've been wrong before.
To address the OP, Martin CS, it sounds to me like you're over paying for what you get. The start up cost isn't bad, but the other $60, if that's per month, you're getting murderized!
What I have set up for myself and what I set up for others goes like this: 1 hosting account, on which many sites can be built (via WordPress), or one site with multiple sub domains. I lay this on top of a Google Apps account, so I have calendar, mail and docs integration. Top it off with a good CRM like Zoho or Insightly, both of which integrate nicely with google.
The hosting account runs about $80/year, the rest is free if you have the knowledge to put it all together. In the end what I have is a very effective way of tracking leads, mailing lists, site traffic, PPC, and the ability to manage my pipeline easily.
