I created the listing at Booking.com but I'm starting to wonder if it's worth the headache to manage the listing in more than 2 platforms.

Welcome DC, As posted above AirBnb is a solid and very profitable platform if you have the time needed to run your "Mini Hotel".

Yet, there are so many online platforms such as Trulia heatmaps, Redfin, Eppraisal, Zillow, etc. to estimate what the Median Price Range is for a given market's city...so if finding this info online is feasible in that regard, where can I find it and which is most accurate? 

What I would like to do is either put money into a crowdfunding venture or buy a performing note on one of the platforms (how to do even do that is another area of research all together).Is a checkbook controlled SDIRA the way the pros would do that? 

I use Twitter primarily to connect with people I may know or thought leaders in various industries, but don't really consider it a place where you'd go to find leads as a real estate investor, agent, etc.Has anyone found it to be a successful platform for generating leads?
