How can I a young teen turning (18) get into the real estate market other than learn online...when can I get in touch with real estate investors who can be a great help for me at at a young start?

The sheriff sales can get sticky, especially if the property is in Cook County.

Make sure the seller gets a fair price and there is enough meat left on the bones for your end buyer.
