Hey Guys, I need to buy kitchen and bathroom cabinets for my new flip.

We cleaned out the whole house includling sheetrock, cabinets, took out walls etc.

so this property needs: some light foundation work. quote on file with local company- not open til mondaynew roof- oldand... paint, carpet, has ugly paneling, etc. built in 1970, kitchen rehab(cabinets are good, layout good)i looked at a neighbor house that is currently for sale for 170000. it has firmika counter, no laminets or hardwoods. vinyl tile and carpet and lenolium. new paint. nice. clean. house.so again i ask what ya think.thank you in advance,J.D. holifieldwww.MidStateProperties.com

While I'm at it how about the windows and kitchen cabinets?

My biggest repair was a busted galvanized pipe which damaged sheetrock, cabinets, etc (roughly $2k repair).  

I had my own carpentry/cabinet business on Long Island and did some real estate sales, so I'm hoping to put those skills to work here fixing up houses. 

A nice pedestal sink might work there, but you'd not have much storage unless you did a built in medicine cabinet.

The property is in good condition but will need a full renovation.I'm looking to get quotes for the whole interior:- New kitchen including cabinets, counters, floors, and built in appliances- Taking down several walls some of which are load bearing.- Vaulting the ceiling.- New bathrooms and expanding the master bath- Possibly finishing the basement to include entertaining space and another bedroom I'm open to suggestions for contractors who will do any and all of the above.- Dave

New kitchen might be 5k-6k for cabinets, flooring, reworking electrical, drywall work, Bathroom refinishing 2500 for tub, toilet, vanity, surround, flooring and new light fixture/fan.

New Owner had to remove cabinets, tile, and drywall to do partial repairs.
