Hi all.After listening to a BP podcast, I thought it would be interesting to look into deals where you buy a plot of land (that is already zoned) for cheap and build apartment complexes on it through syndication, followed by holding for cash flow (preferably).

@Evan Pickvet-Hall Your agent might be referring to the fact that you might not be able to qualify for typical home mortgage programs as most lenders prefer SFRs to even 4 units (even though they are both classified as residential).
