Chevy Chase DC Renovation

Currently, we are developing a property in Chevy Chase DC.  We are adding a second floor to a detached rambler.  We have not started construction due to permit delays, although our architect says we are close.  Because of the significant time that has elapsed and for personal reasons, our current private lender needs to pull out of the deal.  We would prefer to deal with a local private lender who understand this market (Washington DC) and can quickly determine if he or she wants to invest with us.  If you have worked with a lender that you trust, I would very much like to contact him or her.  Thank you.
