Any process I need to follow to prove the proceeds was not for personal use?

I used the downtime of COVID to get my RE license last year (why not save some money doing my own deals, do my own research and a good way to learn the industry and market) and after doing a ton of studying and listening to a ton of podcasts, I decided to get the ball rolling. 

Trying to be hands on, on a property that was 45 minutes away proved to be inefficient right away after the purchase.

Excellent attempt at trying to “prove me wrong again” but that was a swing and a miss. 

It's a relationship based business and if you prove you're honest and your financials are generally sound, you can expect a favorable lean on lending decisions down the road.
