Just happened to be a product Flagstar Bank is advertising up here in SE Michigan.

The VA loan is a very powerful loan product, and it is the only product that lets you buy with as low as 0% down up to 4 units.

The native Apple products (Pages, Numbers) are very good and in some ways better. 

I must admit, I am not as familiar with the nuances of those types of loans, and the one or two people I talked to said they didn't have a loan product like that, so I moved on from the idea pretty quickly. 

I typically see a turn around play that costs around 15-20k per unit in this market, and with that money we can get a nice product that has pretty much everything done on it from the windows, roof, electrical some plumbing all the way to the kitchens and baths.
