@Justin Chan, You might be eligible for a partial tax free exclusion if you had to move out of the house for medical or job related reasons. 

By offering a discount to pay electronically, you avoid any issues that arise from forcing people to pay electronically.

Obviously affordability is an issue but there seems to be plenty of choices out there. 

Our clients do not have any type of issue unless they do not know how to get into their portal (forget their password, etc...).  

If not, then there was some sort of issue with your order, because it's not showing up on my reports.

This would only be the 2nd tenant I've had at my first rental property, which was my family's previous home, and I really, so I really don't want to put myself at risk of having to go through legal hurdles if there's issues with her, so I'm strongly considering looking for a new tenant.

The issue with the unsecured bank loans is they are just super tough to get so again 350k is really something for someone in the flipping bizz..

My point is that in a market where overall demand is unbelievably strong, the opportunity-cost numbers are not that strong for an all-cash, or any for that matter, acquisition relative to past history.
