Some are full of historic homes from the glory days -- opulent Tudors, restored Victorians and Craftsman styles from 1000 to 10,000 sqft.

These aren't really my style: I would be inclined to create a classier, more informative yellow letter, create a one-page website with a catchy URL that folks can go to to learn more about who I am or why I wrote them a letter saying I might want to buy their house, and provide a little background on my voicemail.

If I did one it would be in a lecture style, questions asked, much like a college classroom, bam, information put out, to the point and issues, probably very boring for those needing motivation and inspiration, LOL, you need that before you get to my class

The town of Watertown (a close-in suburb of Boston) is in lockdown, all residents asked to stay indoors, all public transportation shut down by the governor.
