Installing Gutter Guards?

My new Rental home gets a lot of debris in the gutters. Causing them to overflow. I am thinking about having some type of "gutter guards" installed.

What is a good brand/type?

Average cost?

I don't feel like cleaning them out 2-3x a year, & I don't think the tenants are going to be responsible or liable to do it either.
