I can’t stand the idea of “just take your time” and “it’s not a race” when my only takeaway from the past has been wishing I had done more earlier and started sooner. 

Put it behind you, get back on that horse and get the unit ready for the next paying tenant.

Maybe I just got a horse-shoe up my wazoo but so far, batting 1000 after a few years into it.
