Hi BP I've been lingering around the site, mostly using calculators for a couple of months now. I'm about to purchase my first 4 plex if the deal goes through. I plan to house hack it.

I suppose I'm a typical starter, stumbled upon a random suggested Robert Kiyosaki video on youtube I believe it was titled something like "Why the rich get richer and the poor stay poor". The video really was an eye opener for me, so I read his book Rich Dad Poor Dad, and well if you're here reading this you can imagine the rest of the story...

My goals are to work hard to free up my time in the future so that I can use it to get back to my family and friends whom I've lost touch with and only see once a year if I'm lucky. I had to leave everything behind for my work 7 years ago. So through real estate I hope to be able to focus on other incomes that don't require me to be located in such a remote place.

A shout out to my fellow AB investors (can I call myself an investor yet?)

Hello to everyone on BP! I'm excited to become a part of this awesome community and can't wait to start jumping in to Convos where I can!
