My partner and I purchase things from the MLS and receive a commission for acting as our own buyer's agent, then aagain to resell the property as a collapsed closing to an end buyer.Don't think that all opportunities on the MLS are overpriced: Robyn Thompson says that she finds tons of great deals on the MLS, and does MLS searches daily.

RE investors make their money on the exceptional deals so they need to know the gray, the fine points and other things in the corners rather than what the average person understands.

One is a fairly deep slate blue (lots of gray in it), and then possibly paint the front and back door of house in this same color (another paint decision).

The IRS would look at the house as a personal asset and not a business asset as it wouldn't have a business purpose...I can't think of a good way to make this even gray for you. 

It seemed weird to drive by there and not see the gray cement tower of the nuclear plant.I hope you have a great weekend and a profitable week!
