The perks of not showing it and such can be good, a bankruptcy 5 years ago would not be a huge concern for me since that was about the time everyone had issues, the no missed payments really hold a lot of weight since then.

Also each state has it own laws pertains to alcohol intake, consider your state laws, person size and body weight.. hope that helps, just an opinion.

We have had some tenant apps that smart move suggested we decline, and a few that said lightly approve.
They seemed like decent people, but my question is.....
