Hello! We have a potential tenant that wants to rent our newly renovated house but has a closed chapter 7 Bankruptcy from 2011. Her smart move score was around 750 currently and she is moving here for a new job with an income of at least 9x the monthly rent. She has already paid for and completed the mysmartmove checks and we are waiting on her to email the paper application. Would you rent to her assuming everything else checks out?
