I won't touch properties that don't have individual power meters for each unit.

If you develop a good relationship with your contractor, they'll teach you how to do a lot of things, just try not to get in their way too much.

Saying that, don't expect an individual or a small investor's LLC would be the same arguments.

I dont see a need for the individual property insurance.
