Hello,I purchased a vacant old nursing home that is in a low income area of the Dallas / Fort Worth area.  

What are the chances she will need assisted living or a nursing home?

I should not mention the property manager's political views, but what I can say is he definitely only hire people who legally work, issues 1099 to them, contractors all have many years of experience, and end results are good quality:  This building is 5 min walk to a hospital and we had first nurse tenant about 18 months ago with 1st rehab.

I am 31yrs old, just finished college, and started my first "real" job as a nurse.

The folks who contacted me were typically someone who had worked in one in a nursing (NA/LPN) capacity and wanted to start their own seeing the potential for big bucks. 

A little about me:I am a 28 y/o registered nurse preparing to attend graduate school for nurse anesthesia.

The owner was in a nursing home for 4 years.

Got a nurse that's a single mom (thank god) and good credit.I had so much fun with this deal that I started working in real estate!
