Hi all,

My name is Annet, here in Tacoma, WAshington. I am 31yrs old, just finished college, and started my first "real" job as a nurse. It looks like I will be able to save some money to invest, and would like to invest in real estate. I would like to start by buying a multi family home, live in one unit and rent out the others. I would then proceed to flipping. The problem is I have zero experience in real estate but I'm really interested in learning. I am looking forward to learning from this website and from you all. Thanks.
