(it was mentioned to find a mentor and work under him to learn the ropes).I would love to hear a few of your opinions why it is not a good idea to start with wholesaling, vs. just saying "it is a bad idea to start with wholesaling".As far as my progress goes, I have 2 meetings with 2 very reputable successful real estate agents (that have their own RE companies) in a few days.

I think we all together have more resources and contacts than the so called mentors.We can find mentors from out of state to mentor us through the process if we are a team of newbies looking for help and ready to share the bounty.Just my 2c.

Yeah, pay them but, do your own research and make your own conclusions.3) I haven't but, I know many that have and I've gone to sale with my junior lien and had someone bid thinking they were getting it from the senior lien holder.
