So to confirm, I only need to establish one LLC and within that LLC I file for each state I plan to do business in?

Is wholesaling still a viable way to make an income in real estate of has the boat sailed and if you’re not already in the game it is too hard to get into and to make deals

@Travis Cheney A little late to the game here, but following in your shoes here 2 years later and couldn't find another more relatable story.

I love helping other investors and at the very least chatting and connecting to talk about the game so we can both get an opportunity to learn and progress forward! 

One idea is to find someone who is also in the game that you could partner with that could provide the extra cash for the down payment. 

Either way, the fire has been lit and we are actively getting involved in the REI world and meeting other investors and are ready to just get in the game.

It will take a while to establish income but real estate is a long game.

I am ready to learn the wholesaling game.

If these deals were single families I would do a reno in a heart beat because the "BRRRR" method works well with the equity game.

@Maxton JohnsonIt really depends on what real estate activity you are trying to be involved in.It also depends on what your goals are.It is true that for a NY LLC to be established that it needs to have its information placed in 2 ads for 6 weeks.
