Is wholesaling still a viable way to make an income in real estate of has the boat sailed and if you’re not already in the game it is too hard to get into and to make deals

Sure there are plenty of people who start our wholesaling, ofcourse most of these people never do any deals and give up.

I would not suggest this route to any newbies.

The path of least resistance is to save up money, buy rentals and go the slow and steady route
