I would also think that anything that was appealed and found to be not guilty on the appeal would come off as well.I was recently told that only 2-3 counties have automatic submission of the court documents to the case search database.

Yes, it does seem like a leaky umbrella @Jean Bolger .It was a large sum umbrella policy to allegedly protect me against such claims..among others.We had a dog bite incident in the early 1980s that made it all the way to the Texas Supreme Court, I believe --and it was fortunate that we had insurance back then.

If you do not pay, attorneys go to court on behalf of association and file a FED (a forcible entry and detainer action) to basically evict you, the owner, and take possession of your unit and then (wait for it...) rent your unit out to a bonafide tenant until the delinquent account has been satisfied.
