My partner, Ashley Wilson, has worked very closely with their developers to implement a number of features over the past year that is taking it from a nice to have tool to an integral part of our business.I know that they are currently in beta for some CRM features as well, and I'm looking forward to those.

so bottom line I would say Detroit is bouncing back at least in the better areas.. and from my knowledge in the Industry this company is vertically integrated and is led by a sophisticated hard charging owner who is very hands on..

If you act with integrity, are approachable, polite, firm, fair and professional you will be likely to do well.

So it would have some kind of software integration that would create a new key code and issue that code via text or email or a web page to the guest upon check in.

As far as I am aware a new roof is considered an integral part of the structure and would therefore not qualify for bonus or section 179. 

I know this was financing specific but you need to integrate an understanding of your market and what you're going after with your financing strategy.
