I was really pleased with what I saw there.. very clean  no homeless no druggies no sleeping in door ways ( all things that have affected the once beautiful Portland downtown).. of course when U get a few blocks into the neighborhoods  its very block to block.I am been funding there now for almost 3 years.. wholesale values have doubled and many of my clients doing BRRR  the appraisals are coming in high 100s to low 200s with very strong rents.
